The Northern California Earthquake Data Center (NCEDC) is a joint project of the University of California Berkeley Seismological Laboratory (BSL) and the United States Geological Survey (USGS). The NCEDC is a long-term archive and distribution center for seismological and geodetic data for Northern and Central California and is partially supported by funding from the USGS component of theNational Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program (NEHRP).
NEW:- NCEDC POWER SHUTDOWN completed June 11-12 2011
The power upgrade to the UC Berkeley Data Center, which houses the NCEDC computers, was completed on Sunday, June 12 2011. All NCEDC systems should be back up and operational. If you have any problems, please contact us.
